Mass Comes Out Where It's Safe To.

Forged wheels start as compressed aluminium blanks, giving the material a denser grain structure than cast wheels. That lets LFI remove weight while preserving strength around the hub, spoke roots, barrel and bead seat. FEA then helps review where material can be removed and where it must stay for the intended load case.

Are LFI wheels fully custom?

Yes. Diameter, width, offset, PCD, centre bore and finish are agreed before production. Brake clearance and load target are checked for the application.

How much do LFI custom forged wheels cost?

LFI custom forged wheels start from USD 420 per wheel. Final pricing depends on diameter, width, construction, finish, and shipping route.

How long does a custom forged wheel build take?

Most custom forged wheel builds take about 6–8 weeks after final specification approval, depending on design complexity, finish, production queue and shipping route.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to Malaysia, Japan, Australia, the US, Canada and beyond. Remote orders follow the same process — WhatsApp, measurements, render approval, production. Export crating is included.

How do I get started?
