Lightweight forged wheels built around your brake package, offset, stance and load requirement — typically 3–5 kg lighter per corner than a cast wheel. That's 12–20 kg off the car, from unsprung mass at the worst possible location. No spacers. No dead weight. Forged wheels built around your car. Lighter, stronger, spacer-free.
Founder’s note: an engineer and lifelong car enthusiast who built precision components for Rolls-Royce Marine and the SAF before he ever made a wheel.
For Singapore drivers comparing car rims, forged wheels, and lightweight performance wheels, LFI focuses on made-to-measure forged fitment rather than generic off-the-shelf rims.
Area: Tai Seng / Playfair Road industrial precinct, near MacPherson, Aljunied, Geylang and Paya Lebar.
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Tuesday and Saturday by appointment. Sunday closed.

Start with the kind of build you want to create. Whether the priority is track response, EV load capacity, magnesium weight reduction, deep-lip presence, or a more personal Founder Edition project, each collection gives the conversation a clearer starting point.
Reserved for customers who want the most involved LFI process — design direction, fitment planning, finish consultation and a more personal build discussion from start to finish. Best for special cars, serious projects and one-off wheel directions.
The core LFI forged-wheel range for BMW M, Porsche, Mercedes-AMG, Audi RS, Toyota GR, Subaru, MINI and fast-road builds. Lightweight, direct-fit and engineered around the car.
Built for the weight, torque and brake demands of modern electric cars. EV fitment needs more than a nice face — up to 1050kg load rating, offset accuracy, weight control and range efficiency all matter.
For customers chasing the next step beyond aluminium. Magnesium is for builds where every kilogram matters and race on the same wheel type as Formula One cars.
For deep-lip, show-focused and fitment-led builds where visual depth is the priority. We use 2PC construction when the look calls for it — not as a shortcut for performance wheels.
Every build below started with a customer’s car, brake package and brief. No stock photos, no renders on a blank background — just real LFI customer fitments.
Brock wanted lightweight with a motorsport look for his X3M. The staggered 20/18 setup was built around his brake package and drag-radial target.
Getting the offset right on an M car takes more than picking a size off a chart. We measured, calculated and machined to fit flush.
EVs are heavy and instant-torque. This MF912 setup was built around the Sealion 7’s 5x120 geometry, comfort tyre package and EV load requirements.
This MINI story covers years of use across daily driving, Malaysia highway runs and occasional Sepang track time — including the REX-06 impact-survival case.
An M5 Competition has wide track, big brakes and serious kerb weight. The CSF1 V3 route keeps the fitment clean without spacer-based guesswork.
These are the designs most of our customers land on after a few conversations. Clean spoke architecture, proven proportions, strong visual depth. Final sizing, finish and brake clearance get sorted around your specific car.

Strong stance, clean face. Good for concave builds where you want the depth to do the talking.
From USD 420 / wheel View CSF9 →The first thing people ask when they walk into the showroom is how heavy. A forged wheel is lighter than cast because the grain structure of the forged alloy is denser and stronger — which means less material is needed to hit the same load targets. The FEA tells us exactly where that material can come out. Hub, spoke roots, barrel, bead seat — each area gets its own load case. What's left is the minimum weight the wheel can be and still be structurally sound for your car.
You pick the direction and send us your car details. We handle the fitment calculation, FEA, render approval and production. Most customers are surprised how little back-and-forth it takes once we have the measurements.
Choose the design family that suits the car. Multi-spoke, split-spoke, deep dish — we'll help narrow it down if you're unsure.
Send us your brake caliper details, current wheel size and target look. We calculate the width, offset and clearance — you approve the numbers.
Brushed, polished, painted or powder coat. Most people change their mind once during this step. That's normal — take your time.
We show you what the finished wheel looks like on your car before anything gets cut. FEA runs in parallel. Nothing goes to production without your approval.
Forged, machined, finished and checked. Lead time is typically 6–8 weeks depending on finish. We'll keep you updated.
LFI was founded because generic forged wheels were not good enough. Too many aftermarket wheels are built around broad catalogue sizing, conservative blanks, spacer-friendly offsets and unnecessary material left in places where it does nothing for the car.
We take the opposite approach. Every wheel starts with the actual platform: axle load, brake clearance, offset window, centre bore, tyre choice, concavity target and intended use. From there, we remove weight only where the structure allows it — keeping strength in the spoke roots, hub centre, barrel transition and primary load paths.
Platform-first engineering
Width, offset, brake clearance, centre bore, tyre sizing and load target are considered together before production. The wheel is built around the car, not forced onto it later.
Weight removed with purpose
Lightweight only matters when strength stays in the right places. LFI uses engineering-led mass reduction to cut unnecessary material without weakening the areas that carry real load.
No spacer-based guesswork
Offset and brake clearance are machined into the wheel from the start whenever possible. Cleaner fitment, less unsprung mass and fewer extra interfaces between the hub and wheel.
These are real Google reviews from real customers. No editing, no incentivisation. The recurring themes — no spacers, proper advice, weight savings you can feel — are what we're building for.
I reached out to LFI for a set of wheels for my BMW X3M. I was looking for a clean motorsport look with an ultimate goal of lightweight. After some back and forth I landed on a set of TRS01 in a 20"/18" combo. Delivery took roughly 7.5 weeks from the date of my order and everything arrived sound.
Google review →Fantastic designs, even greater people behind the company. Kevin and Joshua are amazing people who give really good advice on the looks, cuts, sizing and offsets. They are good with how to build the best mechanically appropriate rims for your car.
Google review →Fantastic designs, quality, and delivery time. This is the second set of custom rims I've made with them and the results are awesome both times. The fitment is always perfect. So, no need for spacers.
Google review →Great experience with LFI. They thoroughly adviced me on the design and got me my wheels right before CNY. With the new wheels, I do feel a noticeable improvement on the suspension feel and handling. 20" rims definitely gets you decent weight savings ~5kg per wheel.
Google review →Engaged LFI to upgrade the rims for my new Deepal S07 and the guys were really patient in helping me choose a design. I wanted to maximise the offset for concave rims, so Josh came down to the showroom to do measurement to get the best effect.
Google review →Walk-in customers can see sample finishes, discuss brake clearance in person and get a fitment recommendation on the spot. If you're overseas, we've shipped to Malaysia, Japan, Australia, the US and further — the process works the same way remotely.
We're in the Tai Seng / Playfair Road industrial area — easy to get to from MacPherson, Aljunied, Geylang and Paya Lebar. Come in, see the finishes, talk through your build. No obligation, no pressure.
Most of our international customers order via WhatsApp, share their brake and fitment specs, approve a render and that's it. We handle the rest. Export packaging is included — wheels arrive properly crated.
These platform guides help customers compare brake clearance, offset direction, load targets and spacer-free forged wheel fitment before starting a custom order.
Yes. Diameter, width, offset, PCD, centre bore and finish are all specified for your car. We don't ship off-the-shelf sizes — every set is built to the measurements we agree on together.
Yes — Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10am to 6pm, no appointment needed. Tuesday and Saturday visits need to be booked in advance. Sunday we're closed. Come in, see the finish samples, and talk through your build.

Yes. EV fitment is something we take seriously — load rating, offset accuracy and brake clearance all matter more on a heavy high-torque car. We've done Tesla, BYD, Deepal and more.
Typically 3–5 kg lighter per corner — so 12–20 kg off the car total. The exact number depends on wheel size and what you're comparing against. The saving comes from the forging process: denser grain structure means less material needed to hit the same strength targets. We can give you a specific weight estimate for your size before you order.
A spacer adds unsprung mass at exactly the point you're trying to save it. If you've bought forged wheels to cut 15 kg off the car and you're running 20 mm spacers, you've given a meaningful chunk of that back. It also changes your bearing load path in a way the hub wasn't designed for. We machine the correct offset into the wheel from the start — same result, no hardware.
We run vehicle-specific FEA on each design before production. Selected reference specifications are also independently tested under TÜV SÜD lab reporting. The full methodology is on the FEA and compliance pages.
WhatsApp us your car, your current wheel and tyre size, your brake setup and a rough idea of the look you're after. A photo of the car helps. We'll come back with a direction within a day or two.
Send us the make, model, brake setup and what you're trying to achieve. We'll work out the rest. Most builds take one or two conversations before we're ready to send a spec sheet.
