Once we have a clear understanding of your design preferences, we will provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the specifics of your custom rims, including design, cost, and production timeline.
If you're satisfied with the proposal, we will proceed with securing your confirmation and initial deposit payment.
Step 2: Rendering and Final Approval
After confirming your order and receiving the deposit payment, our expert design team gets to work. Using advanced 3D rendering technology, they create a highly detailed visual representation of your custom rims. This allows you to see how the final product will look and make any desired adjustments or refinements.
But it's not just about looks. We also prioritize your safety. Our designs undergo thorough Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure the load rating meets our strict standards. Your peace of mind on the road is our top priority, and we go the extra mile to ensure the structural integrity and durability of the rims.
With the 3D rendering, you have the opportunity to provide feedback and fine-tune the design to your liking. Our design team works closely with you, offering expert guidance and incorporating your preferences. Your satisfaction with the rendering and final approval is crucial before we move forward to the production phase.
Step 3: Production and Quality Control
Once your design has been approved, we begin the meticulous production process in our state-of-the-art facility. Our skilled craftsmen carefully prepare the 6061 T6 aluminum blocks for CNC machining, ensuring precise and accurate shaping of the rims.
After the machining process, we move on to the color and finishing stage. Our skilled technicians apply the chosen color and finishing to the rims, bringing them to life and adding the desired aesthetic appeal.

Step 4: Secure Shipping and Delivery
