Custom forged wheel ordering Singapore
A five-step custom wheel process covering design direction, fitment mapping, finish approval, FEA validation, production, QC and delivery.
Quick answer: Ordering LFI forged wheels is approval-led. The five steps are: design direction, fitment mapping, finish and deposit, 3D render and FEA approval, then production and delivery. Most builds take 6-8 weeks after final sign-off. The process works the same for Singapore showroom visits and remote international orders.
Ordering LFI wheels is approval-led. We start with the vehicle and design direction, map the fitment around brakes and stance, confirm the finish and proposal, then show the render and validation route before machining. Typical custom build timing is about 6-8 weeks after final approval.
The same five stages are used for Singapore showroom orders and remote international orders. The difference is only how measurements, photos and finish approvals are shared.

Tell us the car, use case and look. We narrow the design family and stance direction before numbers are locked.

Brake clearance, tyre target, width, offset, PCD and centre bore are reviewed around the car.

Finish, proposal and timeline are confirmed. The 50% deposit secures the build slot.

You approve the render, specification and engineering validation route before production.

Forged, machined, finished, checked and packed for collection, local delivery or export.
The process starts with the car and the goal. Tell us the platform, brake package, intended use, target stance and the wheel design direction you are drawn to.
Once the direction is clear, LFI turns the idea into a wheel specification that fits the vehicle correctly.
With the technical specification agreed, the visual finish and commercial proposal are confirmed before the project moves into engineering.
Before a single block of alloy is cut, the wheel is reviewed visually and structurally.
After final approval, production begins at the wholly LFI-owned manufacturing facility. Typical custom build timing is about 6-8 weeks after final approval.

Overseas clients follow the same process through WhatsApp: photos, measurements, fitment proposal, render approval, production updates and tracked shipping. DDP options are available where practical.

Send your vehicle model, brake package, current wheel and tyre size, target stance, preferred wheel style, finish direction and intended use. Clear photos of the car and brake setup help LFI begin the fitment review.
Yes. Singapore clients can visit the Playfair Road showroom to review finishes and discuss fitment in person, but overseas and remote orders can be completed through WhatsApp using photos, measurements, render approval and written specification confirmation.
The 50% initial deposit is paid after the wheel specification, finish direction, pricing and estimated timeline are agreed. That deposit secures the build slot and moves the project into render and engineering validation.
Yes. LFI confirms the 3D render, fitment specification and validation route before machining. Production does not begin until the key approvals are complete.
Typical custom build timing is about 6-8 weeks after final approval, depending on design complexity, finish choice, production queue and shipping route.
The wheels are forged, machined, finished, inspected, balanced and packed. The final balance is collected before showroom collection, local delivery or international shipping.
LFI offers tracked international shipping and Delivered Duty Paid options where available. Exact duty, tax and freight handling depends on the destination and shipping route confirmed for the order.
Yes. LFI reviews brake clearance, width, offset, centre bore, PCD, tyre target and intended use together so the wheel is specified around the car rather than corrected later with guesswork.
Share your vehicle model, brake package, current wheel and tyre size, target stance, intended use and finish direction. LFI will turn that into a build route before production begins.
