Production Lead Times

Because every set of LFI wheels is custom-engineered to your exact specifications, our manufacturing timeline is strictly managed in-house.

• Bespoke Forged Wheels: Manufactured and ready to ship within 10 to 20 days after 3D render and FEA validation approval.

• In-Stock Inventory: Ex-stock items ship within 48 hours.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship our custom forged wheels worldwide using fully traceable, premium courier services. Because wheels are bulky and heavy, we have negotiated highly affordable international rates to ensure your build arrives safely.

The LFI DDP Advantage (Zero Hidden Fees)

For clients in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the EU, Malaysia, and Thailand, we provide seamless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. We handle all customs clearance, meaning you pay absolutely zero duties, taxes, or tariffs upon delivery. For these regions, we offer two fully trackable delivery methods:

• Express Shipping: Delivered securely to your door in 10 to 15 days.

• Economical Surface Shipping: A highly cost-effective transit option delivered in 20 to 30 days.

Other International Destinations

For countries not listed above, we ship via non-DDP shipping. Please note: For non-DDP regions, LFI is not liable for any tax or duty charges incurred at the destination country's customs.

Lost Package Guarantee

In the extremely rare event that a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the courier's administration, we will either fully refund your order or expedite the production of a replacement set at no additional cost.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

Once production is completed, local clients have two options:

• Doorstep Delivery: SGD $57 per set of wheels.

• Showroom Self-Collection: Free of charge (FOC) at our Singapore design studio.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Bespoke Forged Wheels (Final Sale)

Every set of LFI forged wheels is a 1-of-1 bespoke build, meticulously CNC-machined to your vehicle's specific geometry and finished to your exact color preferences. Therefore, all custom forged wheel orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for bespoke wheels under any circumstances, and LFI is not responsible for incorrect fitment data supplied by the customer if you chose not to use our measurement services.

Other Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, etc.)

Our return policy for non-bespoke merchandise lasts 14 days from the confirmed date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the exact condition you received it.

• Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale/clearance items, and items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refund & Exchange Process

1. Request an Exchange/Return: Email us at info@lf-ind.com with your proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Approval: Once your return is received and inspected at our Singapore facility, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

3. Processing: Approved refunds will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a standard banking processing window. (If your refund is late, please check with your credit card company and bank before contacting us).

Important Customs Declaration for Repairs: If you are sending an item to us from overseas for repair, you must declare the value under US $200. LFI is not liable for Singapore customs taxes incurred due to high-value declarations on returns. We will prepay any necessary taxes and contact the customer for subsequent reimbursement. Contact us if you have any doubts before shipping.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if covered by us) will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
