International Shipping

We ship at a discounted rate for forged wheels. Contact us to find out about your shipping rate.

Because wheels are bulky and heavy items, currently, we ship with FedEx International Economy or Priority to the following countries and regions:

  • Currently covered: Worldwide Shipping
  • Bulk shipping: Contact us if you are ordering 3 or more sets and looking for affordable shipping

FedEx International Priority takes 1~3 working days, and Economy takes 3~5 working days to reach most destinations. However, these are just estimated time-frames; the actual delivery time may vary.

In the regrettable event of a package being lost (which is extremely rare) and is confirmed by the FedEx administration, we will either fully refund the customer or ship out a new product, as per the customer's request. 

Domestic Shipping (Republic of Singapore)

Once the production of the wheels is completed, we will notify you and deliver them to your door for SGD$57 per set of wheels or self-collection at our showroom FOC.

Lead-time

Build-to-order wheels ship in around 8 weeks time standard and 4 weeks express. Ex-stocks ship in 48 hours.

Tax & Custom

We are not liable for any tax charges incurred at the destination country's customs.

We are also NOT liable for any tax charges incurred at the Singapore custom if the customer has declared a high value for their repairs and returns sent to us. We will prepay the tax and contact the customer for subsequent tax payments.

Declare all repairs and returns under US$200 when sending to us from overseas; contact us if you have any doubts.

Returns

Forged wheel orders are custom to each vehicle, and LFI is not responsible for incorrect fitment data supplied. All Forged wheel orders are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.

Our return policy for other merchandise besides Forged Wheel lasts 14 days. Suppose 14 days have passed since confirmation of delivery (based on tracking information). In that case, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have yet to receive a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lf-ind.com and send your item to:

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

    Suppose the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later. In that case, we will refund the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
