Audi S and RS models
Brake-clearance-first fitment for RS3, RS5, RS6 and performance Audi platforms.
Audi forged wheel fitment needs quattro tyre discipline, centre-bore accuracy, brake-clearance checks and offset planning. LFI supports A, S, RS, Q and e-tron Audi platforms with custom forged rims.
LFI Audi wheels in Singapore are built around 5x112 fitment families, hub-centric machining, brake clearance, tyre support, quattro-safe sizing and RS / S model load targets before the final forged wheel specification is locked.
Audi fitment starts with quattro tyre discipline, 5x112 hub-centric machining, brake clearance and the load needs of S, RS, Q and e-tron platforms.
Brake-clearance-first fitment for RS3, RS5, RS6 and performance Audi platforms.
Load-aware wheel sizing for Q5, Q7, Q8, SQ8 and RSQ8 applications.
EV load, tyre and brake clearance checks for Audi electric vehicles.
LFI A5/S5/RS5 records use 5x112 with 66.5 / 66.6 mm centre bore. B10 A5 references sit at 19x9 ET40, while B9 A5 flush setups use 19x9.5 ET23.
Audi square fitment protects tyre rotation and rolling-diameter consistency. RS5 widebody offsets such as ET18-ET25 should not be copied to a normal A5 or S5.
Q5 records use 5x112 / 66.45-66.56 mm with a 790 kg target and 20x9.5 ET30 direction; heavier Q8, SQ8 and RSQ8 builds need the same load-first review.
Audi fitment proof is in the details: quattro-safe sizing, centre-bore accuracy, brake clearance and enough load reserve for RS and Q-platform cars.
Discuss a similar setupLFI starts Audi forged wheel projects from drivetrain, chassis and brake data. Tyre support, ride comfort, load reserve and finish are reviewed together before the wheel is cut.
The goal is a wheel package that looks resolved, clears properly and remains comfortable for real Singapore roads.
Most modern Audi platforms sit in the 5x112 family, but the useful work begins after that. LFI checks whether the car is A, S, RS, Q or e-tron; whether it is standard-body or widebody; and whether the brake package needs spoke or barrel changes before the face is chosen.
Recorded directions include 19x8.5 ET30-ET35, 19x9 ET35 and wider Allroad-style 20x9.5 ET22 square references.
B10 A5 19x9 ET40, B9 A5 19x9.5 ET23 and RS5 20x10 ET20-ET25 directions show why body width matters.
SUV and EV Audi builds push load reserve and tyre support forward; Q5 records use a 790 kg target with 5x112 / 66.45-66.56 mm machining.
LFI keeps Audi stagger and square choices honest by checking rolling diameter, tyre shoulder, brake envelope and axle load. A wheel that fits an A5 standard body may be wrong for an RS5 widebody, and a wheel that clears S-line brakes may not clear RS hardware.

5x112 / 66.5 mm hub-centric Audi fitment with a Quattro-friendly square setup and standard-body flush stance.
A recorded sedan direction that keeps brake clearance, 5x112 hub geometry and street-ready tyre support in balance.
Large Audi SUV direction where width, load reserve, brake clearance and stance are solved before finish selection.
These forged wheel families are common starting points, but the final wheel specification still depends on the exact vehicle, brakes, tyres, finish and use case.

Audi owners usually need a wheel that respects quattro, clears the brake package and does not confuse standard-body and RS-widebody offsets. LFI treats those limits as the design brief.
Square or staggered, the tyre plan must keep quattro-friendly rolling-diameter discipline.
RS3, RS5 and RS6 calipers can change spoke drop and barrel profile even when the bolt pattern is still 5x112.
RS5 widebody offsets do not belong on a normal A5; Q-platform load targets do not belong on a light sedan by default.
