Sharper response
Lower wheel mass helps steering response, braking feel and damper control, especially on lighter road and track platforms.
CSF1M V3 is the magnesium option for drivers who want the car to feel lighter immediately: quicker steering, cleaner braking feel, and less mass for the suspension to control.

CSF1M V3 takes the 5Y CSF1 V3 architecture and forges it in magnesium. The goal is a visibly light, open-face wheel for cars that respond sharply to lower rotating mass: GR86, GT86, MX-5, MINI, Cayman, Elise and lightweight BMW M builds.
Magnesium forged wheels are not for every build. They are lighter than aluminium - approximately 20-30% less mass at equivalent specification - but they demand a different ownership conversation.
The protective coating is critical. Stone chips, kerb damage and harsh cleaning chemicals can compromise the surface and expose the substrate. Road salt accelerates the process. A magnesium wheel used on a daily-driven car in a winter-salt environment needs more attention than the same wheel on a weekend car stored indoors.
For the right owner - a driver who wants the lightest 5Y forged wheel direction, keeps the car clean, inspects the wheels regularly and understands the material - CSF1M V3 is the answer. For a daily driver parked outdoors, the aluminium CSF1 V3 is usually the better long-term choice.
Density comparison. Final mass also depends on width, offset, brake clearance and load target.
CSF1M V3 carries classic 5Y architecture into a magnesium construction. The goal is not a brochure number; the goal is lower unsprung mass with brake clearance, fitment support and load planning still tied to the exact car.
Lower wheel mass helps steering response, braking feel and damper control, especially on lighter road and track platforms.
Magnesium needs more attentive coating care and inspection than aluminium. LFI frames the choice honestly before ordering.
PCD, centre bore, brake envelope, width, offset, tyre target, load requirement and finish are confirmed before production.
CSF1M V3 is the CSF1 V3 5Y architecture recast in magnesium: open spokes, clear brake visibility, low visual mass and a compact face that suits smaller sports cars as much as serious track builds.
This wheel makes the most sense where the car is sensitive to rotating mass and the owner wants a simple, purposeful 5Y face. GR86. GT86. MX-5. MINI. Cayman. Lightweight BMW M and track-day builds. Cars where the wheel should make the chassis feel lighter, not just look expensive.
For larger European sedans and coupes that visually suit a paired twin-spoke face, CSF2M V2 may be the better magnesium direction.
Ideal for lightweight hatchbacks, GR cars, Civic Type R, MX-5, Lotus, Porsche Cayman, and compact track builds.
Lower unsprung mass.
Lower wheel mass can improve steering response, braking feel, acceleration, and suspension control.
Performance-specific material.
AZ80A-T6 magnesium is used where the build priority is weight reduction with real structural review.
Custom fitment.
Width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, brake clearance, and finish are confirmed before production.
Approximate weight excludes center cap and valve. Final weight changes with width, offset, bolt pattern, brake clearance, load rating, and machining depth.

LFI concave profiles are built around wheel width, offset, diameter, brake clearance, and forging depth. The goal is to push the face as deep as the car allows, without compromising fitment, caliper clearance, or structural integrity.
The Maximum Concave Face option is available for selected LFI magnesium forged wheel designs. Depending on wheel width and offset, the face profile can be tuned from mild concave to a deeper spoke drop.
Wider wheels and lower offsets generally allow stronger concavity. Final availability depends on the vehicle body, suspension, brake package, and selected forging blank.
Concavity is not selected by diameter alone. The final face depth is calculated from the full fitment package.

Knurled bead seats can help reduce tire movement during hard acceleration, braking, cornering, drag launches, and sticky tire use.
Reinforcement ribs can improve stiffness, stress distribution, and durability where the vehicle load, tire package, or road conditions call for extra reserve.
LFI plans each CSF1M V3 set from Singapore around the car's brake package, tyre target, ride height, offset window, load target, centre bore and finish direction.
US and international customers can order in English through WhatsApp or email. Send vehicle photos, brake details, current wheel and tyre sizes, ride height, fitment goals, intended use and delivery ZIP/postcode. LFI confirms the CSF1M V3 specification remotely and supports DDP shipping where available.
CSF1M V3 fits lightweight platforms and focused performance cars where a clean 5Y face and lower rotating mass both matter.
Toyota GR86, GT86, MX-5 ND, Lotus Elise. Low vehicle mass plus low unsprung mass is the point.
Civic Type R FL5, MINI Cooper F56/F57, GR Yaris. Smaller faces, lighter tyres and brake-clearance planning suit the 5Y architecture.
Porsche Cayman / Boxster, BMW M2 G87, BMW M3/M4. Big brakes and low mass, specified together.

CSF1M V3 is covered for 2 years upon delivery or collection against defects in structural integrity, subject to LFI's full warranty terms and exclusions.
The warranty covers defects in structural integrity for 2 years upon delivery or collection, subject to LFI's full warranty terms.
Coverage is limited by the full warranty terms, including exclusions for impact damage, misuse, improper tyre use, road hazards, unauthorised repair, refinishing, heating, bending, cutting or welding.
Magnesium requires more attentive care than aluminium. Stone chips, kerb contact, harsh chemicals and road-salt exposure can compromise the protective coating. Damage from neglect, impact or improper cleaning is not covered under structural or finish warranty.
Yes. Every CSF1M V3 set is forged and machined around your specific vehicle: diameter, width, offset, brake clearance, load target, bolt pattern, centre bore, concavity and finish are all confirmed before production.
See the approximate weight table above where available. Final weight depends on width, offset, bolt pattern, brake clearance, load target, material and machining depth. Verified weight is confirmed on the finished wheel.
CSF1M V3 is forged in magnesium for lower mass than the aluminium equivalent. Magnesium needs attentive care: avoid harsh chemicals, repair coating chips promptly and inspect the wheel after impacts or kerb contact.
