Bead SeatAnd Rib Support

MF13 can be specified with functional machining details when the build calls for extra tire grip, stiffness, or repeated high-load use.

Anti-slip knurled beads

Small machined grooves on the inner bead seat increase mechanical grip between tire and rim, helping reduce tire slip during hard acceleration, braking, cornering, track use, or low-pressure off-road driving.

Knurled bead-seat machining is hidden once the tire is mounted, but supports tire stability under high load.

Annular reinforcement ribs

Structural rib features are added where the selected wheel design, forging blank, and engineering package support them. The goal is stiffness and load distribution without simply adding unnecessary wheel mass.

When to choose knurling

Use knurled beads for track cars, drag builds, heavy EVs, off-road setups, and high-grip tire packages where tire movement on the rim can become a real-world issue.
