How to Commission Your LFI Wheels

Getting your bespoke forged wheels is a collaborative, white-glove experience. From the initial measurements to the final delivery, we guide you through a precision engineering process designed to guarantee uncompromising performance, safety, and aesthetics.

Step 1: The Bespoke Consultation & Precision Sizing

The journey begins with a one-on-one consultation to understand your exact vision and driving dynamics—whether you are building a daily driver or a dedicated track weapon.

• Design & Specs: We will discuss your preferred style, target ride height, camber setup, and desired finish.

• Precision Mapping: If you are local, we highly encourage a visit to our Singapore design studio to view our 50+ artisan finishes in person. Here, our engineers will take precise measurements of your brake calipers and wheel wells to calculate the exact diameter, width (J value), offset (ET value), and PCD needed for a guaranteed zero-spacer fitment.

• Confirmation: Once your specifications are dialed in, we provide a detailed proposal. A 50% initial deposit secures your build and moves your project into the engineering phase.

Step 2: 3D Rendering & FEA Validation

Before a single block of alloy is cut, we ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic perfection of your wheel.

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA): Our engineering team runs advanced digital simulations to test the wheel against your vehicle's specific weight, power, and cornering loads. This allows us to safely shave off maximum unsprung mass while easily exceeding strict TÜV safety standards.

• Visual Confirmation: We generate a highly accurate 3D rendering of your custom wheel, allowing you to visually confirm the bespoke color, hand-brushed textures, and exact concave profile. You have the opportunity to provide feedback and fine-tune the design until it is absolutely perfect.

Step 3: In-House Manufacturing & QC (10 to 20 Days)

Upon your final approval of the 3D render and FEA data, production begins at our wholly LFI-owned manufacturing facility.

• CNC Machining: We utilize aerospace-grade 6061-T6 forged aluminum (or ultra-lightweight forged magnesium) and shape it using state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC mills.

• Artisan Finishing: Our skilled technicians apply your chosen bespoke finish, utilizing ultra-durable powder coating and heat-resistant UV clear coats.

• Quality Control: Every wheel undergoes rigorous, multi-point dynamic balancing and quality inspections. Once your wheels pass our strict QC standards, we notify you, and the final balance is collected prior to shipping.

Step 4: Secure Global Delivery

Your custom rims are carefully packed using high-density protective foam and custom wrapping to ensure pristine condition upon arrival.

• Singapore Clients: Enjoy local doorstep delivery for just SGD $57 per set, or choose complimentary self-collection at our showroom.

• International Clients (DDP Shipping): We offer seamless Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the EU, Japan, Malaysia, and Thailand. This means zero hidden customs duties, taxes, or tariffs upon delivery.
