LFI Electric Series

Electric Vehicle Forged Wheels

Electric Series forged wheels are built around EV realities: higher vehicle mass, instant torque, tyre efficiency, brake clearance and range-sensitive weight. The aim is not just a lighter wheel. The aim is a wheel that carries the platform correctly and still looks refined.

EV fitment has its own pressure points. The wheel must suit the vehicle load, tyre load index, rolling diameter, brake package, hub hardware and the way instant torque loads the tyre. A good EV wheel also needs restraint: clean stance, low visual noise and enough sidewall support for real roads.

Start here for Tesla Model 3 and Model Y, BYD Sealion 7 and Seal, BMW i4 and iX, Mercedes EQ, Porsche Taycan, Polestar, Hyundai Ioniq and Kia EV performance builds.

01

EV load aware

Wheel load target, tyre index and vehicle mass are checked before the final spec is locked.

02

Instant torque ready

EVs load tyres quickly, so fitment needs grip, tyre support and clean hardware planning.

03

Range-sensitive weight

Wheel mass, diameter and tyre choice are considered together instead of chasing stance alone.

04

Quiet stance

Clean fitment for modern EV body lines: refined, stable and not over-wheeled.

EV Platforms

Cars This Collection Fits

Electric Series is for EVs where the wheel has to balance mass, range, stance and load capacity. The right spec depends on the platform, not only the design.

Tesla

Model 3 and Model Y

Popular EV fitments where weight, rolling diameter, brake clearance and clean stance all matter.

Buying Guide

What Matters On EV Wheels?

Choose the wheel around the EV use case first. A lighter wheel is useful, but only when the load target, tyre choice and fitment still make sense.

EV factor Recommended direction Best fit LFI note

Vehicle mass

Check wheel load rating and tyre load index before production.

EV SUVs, performance sedans and long-range daily drivers.

Do not treat an EV like the petrol version of the same size.

Instant torque

Support the tyre properly and keep the fitment stable under hard acceleration.

Tesla Performance, Taycan, AMG EQ and dual-motor EVs.

Tyre width and wheel width should work as a pair.

Range sensitivity

Balance diameter, wheel mass and tyre choice instead of chasing the largest wheel possible.

Daily EVs and long-distance use.

Weight matters, but tyre choice can matter just as much.

Clean stance

Set offset and width for a refined EV look without rubbing or forced poke.

Modern EV sedans, crossovers and SUVs.

The best EV fitment looks calm, planted and intentional.

EV Fitment Logic

Why EV Wheels Need Different Checks

EV wheels live under higher mass, fast torque delivery and range expectations. The spec has to work as a system: wheel, tyre, brake clearance, load target and stance.

Load

Load target comes first

We check vehicle mass, axle load logic and tyre index before treating the wheel as a styling part.

Tyre

Tyre support matters

EV torque and weight make tyre width, sidewall and load index part of the wheel decision.

Brake

Brake clearance is checked

Diameter alone does not prove clearance. Caliper, barrel and spoke profile still need review.

Refined, not over-wheeled

The right EV forged wheel should make the car feel sharper and look cleaner without hurting daily use.

Electric Series FAQ

Electric Vehicle Wheels FAQ

Quick answers for LFI's EV-focused forged wheel collection.

What makes Electric Series different?

Electric Series is specified around EV load, torque, tyre support, brake clearance, range-sensitive weight and clean stance.

Will forged wheels improve EV range?

Lighter wheels can help reduce rotating and unsprung mass, but range also depends on tyre choice, diameter, aero, road speed and driving style. LFI balances the full wheel and tyre package.

Do EV wheels need higher load ratings?

Often, yes. EVs can be heavier than comparable petrol cars, especially SUVs and long-range battery models, so wheel load rating and tyre load index need to be checked.

Can LFI build forged wheels for Tesla Model 3 and Model Y?

Yes. LFI can plan Tesla forged wheel fitment around brake clearance, tyre size, load target, stance and whether the goal is daily range, performance feel or visual presence.

Can international customers order Electric Series wheels?

Yes. Singapore customers can visit LFI in person, while USA and worldwide EV builds can be planned remotely using vehicle photos, current wheel size, tyre plan and stance goals.
