Toyota GR86
Road and track directions including 17 and 18 inch fitments, tyre support and square setup logic.

Toyota Custom RimsToyota forged wheel fitment spans lightweight 5x100 sports cars, modern GR platforms, luxury MPVs and heavy SUVs. A recorded GR86 track wheel weighs 7.0 kg in 17x9 — about 3-5 kg lighter than a comparable cast wheel — showing what the right forged specification can do on a light chassis. LFI routes each buyer into the exact model guide before finalising width, offset, tyre and load target.

Wheel: LFI TRS-01 V2 Trackspec
Size: 17x9.0 ET35 square
Material: 6061-T6 forged monoblock
Weight: approx. 7.0 kg per wheel
Venue: Sepang International Circuit
Result: P1 — One Make 86, HARDRACE Time Attack Challenge
The 18x10.5 ET45 TRS-05 specification is not a street fitment. It requires aftermarket suspension geometry, negative camber, hub specification and a tyre package chosen around aero, brake and class rules. LFI can produce the specification, but the car must be built to accept it first.
The A90/A91 Supra uses 5x112, is not interchangeable with GR86/GT86 5x100, and usually needs a staggered 19-inch or 20-inch direction with rear tyre support prioritised. LFI checks front brake clearance, offset range, tyre width pair and intended use before quoting a Supra forged wheel specification.
Toyota spans four major bolt patterns across this cluster. LFI confirms PCD and centre bore per chassis before machining.
| Platform | Bolt Pattern | Key Checks |
|---|---|---|
| GR86 / GT86 / BRZ | 5x100 | Tyre support, square setup, brake clearance |
| Supra A90 / A91 | 5x112 | Staggered tyre support, front brake clearance |
| GR Yaris | 5x114.3 | Compact body, rally/track tyre support |
| Land Cruiser LC300 | 6x139.7 | Vehicle mass, tyre load index, use case |
Toyota does not have one standard bolt pattern. The GR86, GT86 and Subaru BRZ use 5x100 — the smallest PCD in this cluster. The A90 and A91 Supra use 5x112, which is not interchangeable with the 5x100 twins. The GR Yaris uses 5x114.3, a different bolt pattern again. The Land Cruiser LC300 uses 6x139.7, the heaviest-duty pattern in the range. LFI confirms the PCD per chassis before machining — never assume a Toyota bolt pattern from a different model or generation.
GR Yaris fitment needs a different approach from GR86 or Supra. The car is compact, often used aggressively, and the tyre plan can change quickly depending on road, rally-style or circuit use. LFI checks PCD (5x114.3), brake clearance, tyre shoulder, ride height, camber and intended use before recommending wheel width and offset.
For luxury MPVs and heavy SUVs, LFI does not start with the most aggressive concavity. The first checks are tyre load index, wheel load target, brake clearance, ride comfort, passenger load and intended road use. Only after those are confirmed should finish, stance and concavity be finalised.
Yes. LFI has GR86 and GT86 guide paths, including track-oriented fitment references and the recorded TRS-01 V2 Trackspec at 17x9 ET35, approx. 7.0 kg per wheel, used at Sepang International Circuit — P1 in One Make 86.
No. Toyota platforms vary by model and generation. GR86/GT86 use 5x100, Supra A90/A91 uses 5x112, GR Yaris uses 5x114.3, and Land Cruiser LC300 uses 6x139.7. LFI confirms PCD, centre bore, brake package and load target before production.
Yes. MPV and SUV projects need more load-aware planning than lightweight sports cars. LFI treats tyre load index, wheel load target and comfort as part of the same specification before the wheel is machined.
Yes. The A90 Supra uses 5x112. The GR86 and GT86 use 5x100. They are not interchangeable, and LFI confirms the exact chassis and bolt pattern before machining.
An LFI TRS-01 V2 Trackspec in 17x9.0 ET35 square for a Toyota GT86 weighed approximately 7.0 kg per wheel. This was a competition wheel used at Sepang in the HARDRACE Time Attack Challenge — P1 in One Make 86.

Send LFI the car model, brake package, current wheel and tyre size, target tyre, ride height and intended use. The wheel can then be specified around fitment, load, brake clearance and finish before production.
