REX-05The Design

A fine multi-spoke 6061-T6 monoblock forged wheel with dense spoke coverage from the Founder's Edition series. Dense spoke coverage for drivers who want a fuller face. Same Founder's Edition specification process - every dimension drawn from the chassis before production.

Performance Construction

High-pressure forging, heat treatment, and CNC machining create a denser, stronger wheel body than a typical cast wheel. LFI then removes unnecessary mass through pocketing and profile control while preserving the working structure around the hub, spokes, bolt seats, and barrel transitions.

Concave depth comes from wheel width, offset, diameter, brake clearance and forging depth working together. We push the face as deep as the car allows without giving up fitment, caliper clearance or strength.

Maximum Concave Face

The Maximum Concave Face option is available for selected LFI Performance Series, Supreme Concave Series, and Project Speciale forged wheel designs. Width and offset set the face, anywhere from a mild concave to a deep spoke drop.

The wider the wheel and the lower the offset, the deeper the face can go. In aggressive applications, fitments can extend to very low offsets where the vehicle body, suspension, and brake package allow it.

Three Concavity Levels

Diameter alone does not set concavity. Face depth is calculated from rim width, offset, brake clearance, the car and the wheel design you choose.

Level 1 concavity for cleaner high-clearance fitments.

Level 2 concavity for wider fitments with more spoke depth.

Level 3 concavity for aggressive low-offset applications.

We confirm the level when we spec your car.

Deep Concave for High-Offset Cars

Some high-offset vehicles do not naturally allow a deep spoke profile because the wheel face must sit further outward to clear the hub and brake package. For these cars we offer a heavy-duty blank that gives a deeper concave look and still fits properly.

It suits owners who want a stronger stance but still need proper inner and brake clearance and a wheel that is reliable on the road.

Fitment Is Non-Negotiable

Deep concavity must be balanced against caliper clearance, suspension clearance, fender position, tire width, and the actual offset range the vehicle can accept.

We won't force a face profile that causes clearance problems.

Deep Concave Forging Example

Anti-Slip Knurled Beads

Knurled bead seats can help reduce tire movement during hard acceleration, braking, cornering, drag launches, and sticky tire use.

Annular Reinforcement Ribs

Reinforcement ribs can improve stiffness, stress distribution, and durability where the vehicle load, tire package, or road conditions call for extra reserve.
